Wonderful and special villa with a lot of charm and views of the ocean and Teide. Our villa "La Paz" has a private heated pool and solarium, relaxation area, large terrace and outdoor dining area.
It has 2 rooms with capacity for 10 adults, availability of baby cots on prior request.
Bright dining room with large windows, offers our guests meals with wonderful views of the sea.
Full kitchen, Smart TV and high speed WIFI.
Our beautiful villa has a relaxation area overlooking the ocean where you can relax and enjoy a good book. From this area you can see the private pool and solarium where you can enjoy one of the best climates on the island of Tenerife.
The property is located on an independent plot of 290m2 built on one floor, which makes it easy to access whenever necessary.
Our clients will be able to enjoy not only meals outside but from inside in the fabulous dining room with large windows from which to enjoy the relaxing views of the sea and sunsets.

Halfway between Santa Cruz and Puerto de la Cruz, El Sauzal is a quiet and charming town that offers exceptional views of Mount Teide and the ocean. Among its essentials are the House of Honey and Wine —with a sample of the best of these two products made on the Island— or the House-Museum of the Servant of God, whose body, almost 400 years after her death, remains uncorrupted. Thousands of faithful come to contemplate him every February 15 in the convent of La Laguna where he spent a large part of his life.
Parties and events are prohibited.
It is a very quiet residential area so please do not make a lot of noise at night after 10 pm.
